On Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at approximately 3:09 PM Agents with the Washington County Narcotics Task Force and the Drug Enforcement Administration executed a search and seizure warrant at 8859 Jordan Road, Fairplay, Washington County, Maryland.

The following people were located inside the residence at the time the warrant was executed:  Christopher Aaron Griffith, white male, date of birth 08/08/1986, Jeffrey Allen Riggs, white male, date of birth 07/11/1977, and Jeremy Glenn Scott, white male, date of birth 08/19/1986.

Upon securing the residence numerous items were identified as being used in the manufacturing of Methamphetamine, a schedule II controlled dangerous substance.  The residence was evacuated and the Drug Enforcement Administration Clandestine Laboratory Team and local law enforcement began making the chemicals and residence safe and obtaining samples of the substances.

Once the items were secured and the residence made safe, the residence was searched.

All three occupants were charged as follows:

Christopher Aaron Griffith, 08/08/1986

Charges: CDS Manufacture Methamphetamine, Possession of CDS and possession of CDS paraphernalia, common nuisance Dist CDS, CDS Admin/Equip Paraphernalia

Jeffrey Allen Riggs, 07/11/1977

Charges: CDS: Poss Methamphetamine, Poss paraphernalia

Jeremy Glenn Scott, 08/19/1986

Charges: CDS Poss: Oxycodone, CDS Poss paraphernaila

All three were transported to central booking.
