MEDIA RELEASE:

On November 17, 2021, at approximately 8:55 AM, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 11,300 block of Greenberry Road, Hagerstown, MD, for a report of a deceased person.

An adult female was located deceased in the driveway of a residence. The female appeared to have visible wounds. The Sheriff’s Office is investigating this incident as a homicide.

There is not an active threat to the community at this time as a result of this incident.
