The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the community’s assistance in locating a runaway juvenile.

 

Jonathan Jefrey Sandoval-Osses, 17, is missing from Cedar Ridge Children Home. Osses failed to return to Cedar Ridge Children’s Home after a weekend home visit.  Osses was last seen on March 5, 2017 at 9:00 AM in the Hagerstown area.

 

Osses is 5’9”, 194 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.

 

Anyone with information on Osses’s location is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 240-313-2170.
