Media Release:
On October 15, 2018, deputies responded to Meritus Medical Center, 11116 Medical Campus Road, Hagerstown, MD, for the reported sexual assault of an 84 year old dementia patient.
After conducting a thorough investigation, Alexander William McIntyre, 53, of Clear Spring, has been charged with Rape 2nd Degree, Sex Offense 3rd Degree, Sex Offense 4th Degree and Physical Abuse of Vulnerable Adult.
McIntyre is currently at the Washington County Detention Center being held on no bond.
