The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an armed robbery.

On April 29, 2018 at approximately 10:10 AM, Deputies responded to Subway, 8 Milestone Terrace, Williamsport, for an armed robbery.

The suspect entered the business and displayed a handgun. The suspect fled the business with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect is a black male, wearing blue jeans, black zip up hoodie, and a black flat brim ball hat.

The suspect was also wearing distinct tennis shoes.

It is believed that this suspect also committed an armed robbery at Family Dollar, 921 Pennsylvania Avenue, Hagerstown, on April 29, 2018 at approximately 8:10 AM. The Hagerstown Police Department is currently investigating that incident.
