Media Release: UPDATED INFORMATION

 

The suspect has been identified as Ezekiel Naashon KEYES, 20, of Williamsport, MD.

An active warrant has been issued for Keyes, charging him with the following:

• Attempted 2nd Degree Murder
• Two counts of Assault 1stDegree
• Four counts of Assault 2nd Degree
• Two counts of Reckless Endangerment

 

Keyes is currently in serious but stable condition at an undisclosed medical center.

 

This continues to be an open investigation.

 

All persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
